You do not have to be an All Mothers United Registered User (“User”) to use this Site. However, only Registered Users can access certain of the Services. Registration is free. Users should be cautious about sharing their account information with third parties. Each User is responsible for the confidentiality of her/his screen name and password and all usage or activity on her/his account, including use of the account by any third party, whether or not such use is authorized by the User. Users may share an account (using one screen name and password) if the account is being used for legitimate group discussions and if it is clearly disclosed that it is a group account.
We may make available from time to time certain features and services, such as photos, groups, private messages, social networking features, or other services that we may offer in the future (the "Services"). We may provide additional features and services and we may cease to provide any feature or service previously provided. We may modify or discontinue the Site, any portion thereof, or any Services with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party. How You Can Use the Services.

You further agree that you will not use any automated devices, such as spiders, robots or data mining techniques to catalog, download, store or otherwise reproduce, store or distribute content available on the Site, or to manipulate the Site or the Services, or otherwise exceed the limited access granted to you by All Mothers United. You will take no action to interfere with, interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. You will not distribute or transmit any content or software or other computer files that contain a computer virus or other harmful component.
All Mothers United Mobile
All Mothers United Mobile makes All Mothers United more accessible via your mobile phone or similar wireless device by enabling you to access versions of group forums, private messages, friend invitations, and other Site features that have been reformatted and simplified for use on smaller screens. In order to access All Mothers United Mobile you must have a mobile communications device with paid access to a participating carrier and otherwise have access to a mobile communications network through which the applicable Mobile Services are made available, and any carrier services, such as a data plan, necessary to both access and download content and engage in messaging services.
You acknowledge and agree that any downloads made available as part of All Mothers United Mobile is subject to these TOS. All Mothers United hereby grants, and you hereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to download and use the object code version of the download(s) and the corresponding All Mothers United Mobile Services on a designated compatible mobile device solely for your own personal non-commercial use. You further acknowledge and agree that you may not reproduce, modify, perform, transfer, distribute, sell, create derivative works of or otherwise use or make available the download(s) except as expressly provided in these TOS. No license is granted to you by these TOS in the human readable code, known as the source code, of the mobile content accessed or downloaded on your mobile device, and no rights are granted to you by these TOS in any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or any other rights in respect of the mobile content downloaded on your mobile device. You may not, or attempt to (or otherwise authorize, encourage or support others' attempts to) circumvent, re-engineer, decrypt, break or otherwise alter or interfere with the All Mothers United Mobile Services.
Controlling your Personal Information
Be aware that if you choose to post on the Site, all posts are visible to everyone either on the Site or part of the group where posted (as determined by the owner of the group), so any personal information you post will be accessible to all visitors to the Site. You should also be aware that any information that is made public on the Site will be searchable by other search engines. In addition, even if that content is later removed from this Site, it may still be stored in other computers of people who visited the Site, and removal of that information from this Site will not remove it from those other computers. In addition, some information that you add to your profile cannot be hidden and is always visible to anyone who visits that Site. That includes your avatar or photo and your screen name. All trademarks appearing on this Site ("Marks") are trademarks of their respective owners, including All Mothers United, LLC. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission of All Mothers United or such third party that may own the Marks.

You may not copy, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, sell, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part, without All Mothers United's prior written consent. No License Granted.
Except for allowing you to use the Site for your personal use as set forth in the paragraph above when you use the Site, you are not receiving a license or any other rights from us, including intellectual property or other proprietary rights of All Mothers United or any other Member or user of the Site. You must be at least 16 years old to join All Mothers United and to use the Services. Other than the weekly newsletter, The Playground, The All Mothers United Site and Services is not intended for children under the age of 16. All Mothers United does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
Communications from All Mothers United.
By registering for All Mothers United, you will receive electronic communications from All Mothers United. To unsubscribe from any All Mothers United email list, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email and your name will be removed from that mailing list.
The Site, or Members, may provide links to other internet sites or electronic resources. Because All Mothers United has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that All Mothers United is not responsible for the availability of, or the content on, a part of or related to, such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials or available from such sites or resources. Because All Mothers United does not supervise or control the interactions among or between Users and/or site visitors, and because All Mothers United has very limited control, if any, over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of various aspects of the Site and Services you agree that you bear all risk and you agree to release All Mothers United (and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and third party partners) and its designees from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, now and in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or any Service, and/or All Mothers United resolution of any disputes among users (if any). Access Restrictions; Termination.
We can suspend or terminate your account in All Mothers United and your access to the Site or the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, immediately and without notice for any reason in All Mothers United's sole discretion, including without limitation if you fail to comply with any of these TOS or the Community Guidelines. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and the Services and all copies thereof. In the event of suspension or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Site or the Services, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to any materials downloaded from the Site or the Services and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in the TOS shall survive.
You understand and agree that your use of the site AllMothersUnited.com is subject to and conditioned upon the following: your continued adherence to these TOS and the Community Guidelines and any future modifications thereto and any violation of these TOS, the Community Guidelines, or any other agreement between you and All Mothers United constitute grounds for immediate termination of your account without further notice at All Mothers United's sole discretion. We may also terminate your account at any time, immediately and without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is detrimental to our business or the All Mothers United community. Termination of your account will result in cancellation of all rights of access and use granted to Users. All Mothers United reserves the right to change, discontinue or suspend All Mothers United or any of the Services at any time for any reason. Users may terminate their membership at any time by sending their request to us, using the "Contact Us" button on any page of the Site. All Mothers United shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these TOS or the Community Guidelines. Any decision All Mothers United makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member's account shall be final and binding. All Mothers United may terminate any User’s account at its sole discretion if a User has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) months. A User will be defined as inactive if she has not logged into the Site with her screen name and password, or contacted All Mothers United in any other manner during such twelve (12) month period. In addition, if you have been inactive for three (3) months, we may, but shall have no obligation to, take down any photos that you have posted to your profile or anywhere else on the Site.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Notice.
Materials may be made available via the Site and the Services by third parties, not within our control. We are under no obligation to, and do not, scan content posted, however, we respect the copyright interests of others. It is our policy not to permit materials known by us to infringe another party's copyright to remain on the Site or the Service. If you believe any materials on the Site or the Service infringe a copyright, you should provide us with written notice that at a minimum contains:

Third Party Products and Services.

The failure of All Mothers United to partially or fully exercise any rights or the waiver of All Mothers United of any breach of these TOS by you, shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right by All Mothers United or be deemed a waiver by All Mothers United of any subsequent breach by you of the same or any other term of these TOS. The rights and remedies of All Mothers United under these TOS and any other applicable agreement between you and All Mothers United shall be cumulative, and the exercise of any such right or remedy shall not limit All Mothers United's right to exercise any other right or remedy.
These TOS are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to any choice of law provisions. You agree that, with the exception of injunctive relief sought by All Mothers United for any violation of All Mothers United's proprietary or other rights, any and all disputes relating to these TOS, your use of the Site or the Services shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA") before an independent arbitrator designated by the AAA.
